We use an iterative approach to our work. Depending on the complexity of the design, we present the first draft concept between 1 and 3 business days. After approval, we will progress onto developing the main blocks of the website, and once those are completed, the remaining blocks will be addressed.
All of our designs, ranging from icons to full page designs to custom graphics, are crafted in Figma.
No need to worry if something doesn't look quite right in the first draft. You will have unlimited opportunities to provide feedback and make changes until you are completely satisfied with the end result.
Unfortunately, refunds are not available. However, if you're not satisfied with our service, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns.
